Mr. Kinley is a dynamic and dedicated healthcare management professional with over 17 years of comprehensive experience in program management, quality assurance, and lifestyle-related disease prevention. Currently leading as the Executive Director at Disabled People's Organization since April 2023, with a proven track record of strategic planning and execution in healthcare programs. He has a master’s degree in health service management from Curtain University, WA, Perth, and a bachelors degree in English (Honors) from Sherubtse College, Bhutan. He is committed to enhancing the quality of services and improving the lives of Persons with disabilities with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility.
