Bio

Kadola is a dynamic entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in education consultancy, corporate management, and international business development. He holds a Master of Development Studies from Murdoch University, a Master of Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, in Western Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from North Bengal University.

With a strong background in entrepreneurship and corporate leadership, Kadola has co-founded multiple successful ventures, including KW International Pty Ltd and Bhutan Event House in Perth, Western Australia. He has also served as the Managing Director of Nob Bhutan Farmer’s Pvt. Ltd., overseeing logistics and cold storage solutions in Bhutan. His expertise spans business strategy, corporate communications, training development, and market research.

As a founding member of ITPL, Kadola brings a wealth of experience in leadership, education consultancy, and professional training, helping shape the institute into a premier institution for technical and professional learning in Bhutan.
